Shipping Policy

Please allow 7-14 business days for products to be processed and shipped. Shipping/delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping rate chosen at checkout. Customers are responsible for reading full description of purchased product(s). Shipping time and delivery may be delayed due to COVID-19, please allow additional time.
Note: All art prints are shipped through USPS Priority Mail and tracked. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to mail carrying services. Once it leaves our Warehouse, Compairable is no longer responsible for any items.

Refund Policy

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange/return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Exchanges/Returns

We have a 7-day exchange/return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return.


To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange or return, you can contact us at warecompairable@gmail.com. If your exchange/return is accepted, it is at the customers expense to send the item(s) back. Approval of exchange/return will include instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For any damaged item(s), please take photos as proof of damage immediately upon receipt of package.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

All sales final for custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept exchanges/returns for custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, commissioned artwork, etc.). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
